1. Who we are
Proceed Access (“Proceed”, “we”, “us”) operates the ProceedAccess.com storefront. Our contact address is [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, company, and password hash collected when you register or sign in via Clerk.
- Order & transaction data — shipping address, billing address, cart contents, order history, and payment tokens (we never store raw card numbers; Stripe handles card data).
- Usage analytics — pages visited, products viewed, search queries, and checkout funnel events collected via PostHog when you consent to measurement cookies.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and referring URL collected automatically by our servers and Vercel infrastructure.
3. How we use your data
- Fulfilling and managing your orders
- Authenticating your account and keeping it secure
- Improving product discovery and the checkout experience (analytics, with consent)
- Responding to support requests
- Complying with legal obligations

5. Subprocessors & third parties

- Clerk — authentication and user management.
- Stripe — payment processing. Card data never touches our servers.
- Vercel — hosting and CDN infrastructure.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection / Restriction — object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent — opt out of analytics at any time via Privacy Preferences

7. Data retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active + 3 years
- Order data: 7 years (legal/tax requirements)
- Analytics data: 1 year in PostHog
- Consent records: 3 years
